The hearings on the motion for final approval of the settlement have concluded. The Judge will issue a written opinion when he has reviewed all of the information. We will update when he has rendered his written decision.
Berger & Montague, P.C. and Garwin Gerstein & Fisher, LLP, have filed a Title VII class action race discrimination lawsuit against Eastman Kodak Company.
The suit was filed by ten current and former
African American employees of Kodak and the Employee
Committed for Justice, an organization of more than 900 African American current and former employees of Kodak. The lawsuit
was filed on behalf of all past, present and future
African American Kodak employees, and seeks to put an
end to years of racial discrimination.
